He started his career buying, selling and building single-family residential homes in the San Francisco Bay Area. After a feature piece on the company, DaeWoo approached DMG to set up and manage their modular manufacturing facility at Country Club Village in Honolulu. Mr. Gardner oversaw the purchasing and construction of an 830 multi-family, multi-story residential condominium project and launched their independent program.
Mr. Gardner relocated to Tahoe City in search of a more outdoor lifestyle in which to raise his three sons. Once there, he built and sold multiple residential properties in the area. After purchasing 20 acres of prime Tahoe real estate in Olympic Valley, CA, he began the 211-unit luxury residential development, the Tahoe Boulders. Mr. Gardner continues to oversee all aspects of this project as it nears completion.
